Sri Lankan Expatriate Catholic Community is a vibrant cultural group in the Province of Ontario contributing to the prosperity of the province and the Canadian Nation even as it is an important cultural community with its own indigenous heritage, culture and identity in the social fabric of multi-cultural, multi-ethnic and multi-religious Sri Lanka.
As such, expatriate Sri Lankan Catholics have expressed a genuine desire and a need to form an organization that would represent them and become their voice in the Province of Ontario and in the Canadian Nation to impress their identity as a cultural community that merit the attention of both provincial and federal authorities.
